NEW DELHI. Team “ProController” from NTPC won first place at the Global Management Challenge (GMC) India National Finals held in New Delhi recently. Known as the world’s largest strategy and management competition, the event tests teams by placing them in a realistic business simulation where they must make the smartest investment and leadership decisions. The winning team includes Kaushal Prasad, Rahul Bavaskar, and Jitendra Pratap Singh from NTPC Mouda, along with Yogesh Verma from Talcher Kaniha. With this big win, they will now move on to represent India on the global stage at the GMC World Finals.
Making the victory even sweeter, another NTPC team called “Vikshit Bharat” took home the third-place trophy at the national level. This team is made up of Kattubava Mohideen K P, Amit Kumar Singh, and Ramkrishnashish Bhattacharjee from NTPC Solapur, alongside Eshwarlal from Vallur. This impressive double win highlights NTPCโs strong workplace culture that focuses on innovation, business excellence, and training future-ready leaders with great strategic skills.
