NOIDA. The NTPC School of Business (NSB) successfully hosted a five-day capacity building program on “Smart Grid, Solar Energy & Microgrids” for a delegation of 20 power sector professionals from Tanzania.

The program provided in-depth insights into emerging Smart Grid technologies, practical discussions on Solar Energy and Microgrid applications, and strategic frameworks for implementing sustainable and resilient energy systems.

Through expert-led sessions, interactive learning modules, and real-world case studies, participants explored the evolving global energy landscape with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

The program concluded with a cultural valedictory evening, celebrating the spirit of learning, cross-border collaboration, and international knowledge exchange. The initiative reinforces NSB’s commitment to fostering global partnerships and advancing energy leadership through targeted capacity development.
