United by the belief that learning fuels nation-building, these officials have embraced the iGOT Karmayogi platform—India’s digital hub for continuous learning and capacity building—reflecting an unprecedented commitment to personal and professional growth across government institutions.
What began as an ambitious experiment is today a nationwide movement, silently transforming how India’s public servants think, act, and deliver. Behind this momentum are lakhs of officials who show up not just to fulfill their duties, but to do them better—logging in each day to learn, lead, and grow.
