Shri Raghav Chandra (Retd IAS: 1982: MP) has been appointed as Professor of Practice in IIM, Calcutta in the Academic Group of Public Policy and Management. Chandra served as Chairman, NHAI, Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs and Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes before retiring from the service.
Chandra has done his Bachelor of Science in 1978 and Master of Science in 1980 from the University of Delhi. Thereafter, he did a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard University in 1998. He is also a Japan – World Bank Merit Scholarship awardee. He has served in senior management profiles in different organizations affiliated to various State Governments and the Union of India.
