Ms. Premlata, GM (HR) at NTPC and CHRO at NSPCL, represented India at the WePOWER – Women in Energy & Power Sector Network South Asia Focus Group Business Meeting held at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Bangkok.
As the Nodal Officer for NTPC Limited, she engaged with 25 professionals from India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, all committed to enhancing women’s participation in the energy sector. The discussions, spearheaded by a team from the World Bank, focused on strategic planning, partnership strengthening, and consensus-building on key action points essential for driving gender inclusivity in the industry.
