New Delhi. The Capacity Building Commission, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), along with RailTel Corporation of India Ltd, successfully conducted a one-day workshop focused on enhancing leadership communication skills among executives from Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs). The event brought together 30 executives from 15 different CPSEs, all keen to refine their abilities in engaging with financial analysts and investors.
The workshop featured insightful sessions led by experts from EY LLP and Initium Productions, alongside a distinguished panel of market analysts. Participants engaged in practical exercises and real-world simulations, receiving expert feedback that empowered them to develop effective communication strategies tailored for investor relations.
“This initiative reflects DIPAM’s unwavering commitment to building leadership capacity within CPSEs, which is essential for fostering transparency, accountability, and investor confidence in public enterprises,” said a representative from DIPAM.
Special acknowledgments go to the knowledge partners, EY and Initium Productions, as well as Diwakar Pingle and Santosh Pillai, whose expertise greatly enriched the workshop. The valuable insights and constructive feedback from the analysts and communication coaches were crucial in equipping the executives with the skills necessary to navigate the complex landscape of investor relations.
The workshop signifies a significant step in the continuous efforts under Mission Karmayogi, aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency and leadership capabilities of CPSEs.
