LuLu Group is planning to construct a new shopping mall in Greater Noida with a total investment of over Rs 2500 crores. The group has identified a land parcel in Greater Noida Sector 108 and pre-project administrative works are underway.
Noida Authority OSD Avinash Tripathi confirmed the development and said “the UAE-based Lulu Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of Rs 2500 crore for opening a mall in Noida.”it is expected to take at least three years to complete the mega shopping mall.
