Cheating in exam using bluetooth devices, 28 Army aspirants held in Chennai

A total of 28 men were arrested for trying to cheat using Bluetooth devices while writing an exam to join the Indian Army. The incident occurred on Sunday in Chennai’s Nandambakkam area.

Nearly a thousand candidates attended the Group C Army civilian exam at a school in Nandambakkam. Exam supervisors became suspicious of a few men who seemed uneasy. Upon questioning them, officials were shocked to find that they were using Bluetooth technology to cheat in the exam.

The 28 men were caught cheating and handed over to Nandambakkam police, who have initiated an investigation. Since a case has been registered, the 28 men will be barred from applying for any post in the Army.

Further investigations are underway.
