The book titled Tiger don’t Blink authored by Sh Anshuman Tandon CGM corporate communication POWERGRID was release in a brief event organised at Press Club of India recently. The publicatio is based on true story of live war vetran of Bangladesh war wherein Col Ashok Tara was awarded Veer Chakra by Indian Govt and highest civilian award of Bangladesh .Ceremony was attended by senior official from Bagladesh High Commison and Retd Vice Chief of Indian Army Lt General Chandra Shekar .
