Rishikesh, THDC India Limited,conferred with the ‘Rajbhasha Jyoti Shield’ for outstanding performance in the implementation of the Official Language Policy during the year 2023–24 during the meeting of the Hindi Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Power. The award was presented by Union Minister of Power and Housing & Urban Affairs, Sh. Manohar Lal. Sh. R. K. Vishnoi, CMD, THDC India Limited, along with Sh. Shallinder Singh, Director (Personnel) received the award on behalf of THDC India Limited
The ceremony was graced by the presence of Minister of State for Power, Sh. Shripad Yesso Naik, Secretary (Power), Sh. Pankaj Agarwal (IAS), Sh. Dheeraj Kumar Srivastava, Chief Engineer (In-charge, Official Language), and senior officials and representatives from various offices and Public Sector Undertakings under the Ministry of Power. Members of the Hindi Advisory Committee and several other dignitaries were also present.
On this occasion, Sh. R. K. Vishnoi, CMD congratulated to all officers and employees of THDC India Limited and remarked that the key to success in any field lies in dedicated and continuous efforts Speaking about the award, Sh. Shallinder Singh, Director (Personnel), informed that THDC India Limited secured the highest score to earn this recognition.
