“SYNERGY” Lok Sanskrutik Mahotsav 2024-25 was organised at Ispat High School playground of Barsua Iron Mine (BIM) of SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant on 16th January, 2025. Mr. N C Panda, GM (HR) was the Chief Guest at the closing ceremony and presented the awards to the winning teams. In all 10 cultural teams from, various peripheral villages of Barsua Iron Mine (BIM) and Tensa Iron Mines (TIM) took part in the event.
The Birsa Munda team from Barsua emerged as the winner, bagging the first prize trophy and a cash award of Rs. 7,000/-. The Kalta team secured the second prize, receiving a trophy and Cash Award Rs.6,000/-, while the R.C. Church team from Tensa won the third prize with a trophy and Cash Award Rs. 5,000/-. All other participating teams were acknowledged with consolation prizes, which included a trophy and cash amount of Rs. 2,000/- each.
