Hazira, Gujarat: In a significant stride towards India’s nuclear expansion, the Steam Generator for Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojana (GHAVP) Units 3 & 4 was ceremonially flagged off by Mr. B.C. Pathak, CMD, NPCIL; Mr. Rajesh Veeraraghavan, Director (Technical), NPCIL; and Mr. Anil V. Parab, Whole-time Director & Sr. EVP, L\&T Heavy Engineering.
Manufactured and dispatched seven months ahead of schedule, the timely completion of this critical component highlights the growing strength of India’s industrial ecosystem in delivering complex nuclear equipment with speed, precision, and quality.
As NPCIL advances the fleet-mode construction of 10 indigenously designed 700 MWe PHWRs this achievement adds momentum to India’s proactive nuclear expansion strategy.
