SJVN welcomes 78 Executive Trainees with induction programme at Shimla HQ

SHIMLA. SJVN Limited commenced a five-day Induction Training Programme for 78 Executive Trainees of the 2026 Batch at its Corporate Headquarters in Shimla, marking the formal beginning of their professional journey with the organisation. The programme is designed to familiarise the new recruits with the company’s operational framework, strategic priorities and workplace culture as they step into key roles across various verticals.

Chairman and Managing Director Shri Bhupender Gupta congratulated the trainees and extended his best wishes for a successful career with SJVN. He encouraged them to pursue continuous learning, uphold professionalism and embrace innovation while contributing to the company’s sustained growth and excellence in the power sector. He underscored the importance of commitment and teamwork in driving SJVN’s expanding portfolio in hydro, solar and other renewable energy projects.

The inauguration ceremony was chaired by Director (Personnel) Shri Ajay Kumar Sharma, who welcomed the trainees and shared insights into the organisation’s vision, core values and performance expectations.
