BILASPUR. South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) hosted a Consumer Meet at its Bilaspur headquarters to strengthen collaboration and transparency with its stakeholders. Chaired by CMD Shri Harish Duhan, the session centered on the new guiding principle, “Quality Above All,” signaling a strategic shift from pure production volume to the delivery of high-purity, reliable coal. CMD Duhan and Director (Technical/Operations) Shri N. Franklin Jayakumar emphasized the mantra “Production with Purity, Dispatch with Quality,” assuring consumers that technological upgrades and robust quality control measures are being prioritized to meet the energy needs of industries. The event featured an interactive feedback session and a detailed presentation by GM (Mining/Sales) Shri Ajit Chaudhary on SECL’s operational framework and initiatives aimed at enhancing consumer satisfaction through reliable and timely service.
