Shri Saurav Mitra has been appointed as Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer of the Petronet LNG Limited. The Board of Directors in their meeting held recently on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Audit Committee of the Board, approved the appointment of Shri Saurav Mitra (DIN: 07684414) as Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer (whole time KMP) of the Company from the date of joining, in place of Shri Vinod Kumar Mishra, whose tenure as Director (Finance) & CFO shall be expiring w.e.f. 18th April 2025, the company informed the bourses.
