New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Shri Sanjay Banga, currently serving as Chairman and Managing Director of Cement Corporation of India (CCI), for the post of Chairman and Managing Director of Telecommunications Consultants (India) Limited (TCIL). The selection was made after interviews with two candidates—Shri Sanjay Banga and Shri Surajit Mandol, Director (Finance) at TCIL. Following the selection process, the Board recommended Shri Sanjay Banga for appointment as the head of the public sector telecom consultancy company.
