As part of its commitment to community welfare and corporate social responsibility (CSR), SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) organised a special health camp for differently abled children at Home & Hope, Sector-18. The camp was organised by the CSR Department with support from Ispat General Hospital (IGH). The health camp provided comprehensive screening for over 110 differently abled children, including 60 intellectually disabled students from Home & Hope, 25 students from the Rotary Club-run Dumb & Deaf School, Sector-7 and 25 students from Asha – A School for the Differently Abled located in Fertilizer Township.
A team of dedicated doctors from IGH conducted the medical examinations, addressing the unique health needs of the students and offering guidance for their well-being.
