Employees of Instrumentation & Automation Zone (I&A) of Bhilai Steel Plant were awarded with the ‘Pali Shiromani’ and ‘Karm Shiromani’ Awards for their exemplary work performance under the ‘Shiromani Puraskar Yojana’ by Bhilai Steel Plant. Shri. Sant Kumar Keshkar, GM I/c(Instrumentation), presided over the Shiromani Award Ceremony, which was held recently .
Shri Salilesh Kumar Malviya, Asst. Mgr. was awarded the ‘Pali Shiromani Award’, while Shri Nitish Kumar Rai, OCT, Shri B. Mohan Kumar, MOCT and Shri. Mohar Lal Mirche, MOCT were awarded the ‘Karm Shiromani’ Award for their exemplary work-performance. Mementoes and Certificates were presented to the awardees, along with Letter of Appreciation and to their respective Spouses.
The main objective behind awarding plant’s employees with Karm Shiromani and Pali Shiromani Award is to acknowledge and honour the sincere efforts and hard-work displayed by them at the workplace by meeting the organizational objectives while adhering to the standard parameters of safety.
