NEW DELHI: PTC India has appointed Sukhdev Singh as its Non-Executive Chairman. Singh, a 1987-batch retired Indian Administrative Service officer, has been serving as an Independent Director on the company’s board since November 11, 2025. He retired in 2024 after a distinguished career of nearly 37 years, during which he held several key administrative positions in Bihar and Jharkhand.
