NEW DELHI. Punjab National Bank (PNB) has been honoured with the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Training (Financial Services – Banking) for FY 2025–26, recognising the bank’s strong focus on employee development and institutional learning.
The award was presented by S. P. Singh Baghel, Union Minister of State, Government of India, along with K. Surendra Nath (Retd.), to Sumesh Kumar, Chief General Manager (HR), and Preeti Jha, General Manager (Learning & Development), on behalf of the bank.
The recognition highlights PNB’s continued commitment to nurturing talent, strengthening capabilities and promoting a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.
