NEW DELHI. The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Shri Rathin Mitra, currently serving as General Manager (Coordination) at Coal India Limited (CIL), for the post of Director (Personnel) at Western Coalfields Limited (WCL). He was selected following an interview process involving 12 candidates for the senior-level position. The recommendation marks an important step in the selection process for the personnel leadership role at WCL, a subsidiary of Coal India Limited.
