NTPC Teams secured the Top-3 positions in the recently concluded Grand Finale of AIMA’s 7th Young Managers Simulation Championship 2024 held on 1st February 2024 at Ghaziabad.
Shri Sree Rama Murthy Kora’s team from Vallur emerged as winners, with Shri Al Mohammed Idris K S’s team from Vindhyachal securing 1st Runner Up and Shri Chinmay Sahu’s team from Talcher Kaniha securing 2nd Runner Up at AIMA’s 7th Young Managers Simulation Championship. NTPC’s success reflects effective people practices, providing employees a platform to showcase skills and contribute to the company’s achievements in the pan-India competition.
