NTPC secured 1st position in the ‘ISTD Awards for Innovative Training Practices’ at the 34th edition of the National Award Ceremony held at Scope Complex, New Delhi, on 19th July.
The award was received by Ms Rachana Singh Bhal, ED (Strategic HR & Talent Mgmt) & Head (PMI), along with the presenting team from PMI. NTPC’s case stood out for its holistic and future-oriented approach towards capability building, leadership development, and strategic alignment of training initiatives.
