NOIDA. NTPC organised the Medha Pratiyogita National Finale on August 11, 2026, at the Power Management Institute (PMI), Noida, bringing together 24 teams across four categories from various regions and the Corporate Centre. The category-wise winners were Ahaan and Devayansh Singh from the Western Region in the Junior category; Utkarsh Parikh and Darsh Jain from the Northern Region in the Middle category; Tanmay Verma and Harshit Sharma from the Northern Region in the Senior category; and Anshuman Shrivastav and Shubham Mishra from the Western Region in the Employee category. Medha Pratiyogita is one of NTPC’s annual flagship initiatives aimed at promoting knowledge, learning and healthy competition among employees and their families.
