NTPC Bongaigaon has been awarded as the best performing unit in the IPP category (Coal) below 250 MW and for best operational excellence IPP (Coal) -Best power generator of the year (Public Sector) in the recently held CEE (Council of Enviro Excellence) National Thermal Power Plant Awards 2023. The award ceremony was organized through virtual mode in Mumbai recently.
The awards received by the station were handed over to Business Unit Head of NTPC Bongaigaon, Karunakar Das.
