NTPC bagged the coveted Gold Award for ‘Excellence in Employee Retention Strategy’ during the Economic Times Human Capital Awards 2025 ceremony held at Gurugram. The Award was received by Shri C Kumar, ED (HR), Shri Prem Chand, GM (HR-COE) and other officials from NTPC.
The Economic Times Human Capital Awards have been meticulously conceptualised and created to recognise organisations that put people first, deliver future-focused excellence in the field of People Management, and understand the importance of human capital as a key contributor to business outcomes.
All nominated entries were reviewed by an eminent jury comprising Industry leaders. The finalists in each category were then required to present before the assigned jury, for determination of the top 3 positions.
