NLC India Limited (NLCIL) has recorded a 28% increase in profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter that ended December 31, 2024 with PAT increasing to ₹2,245 crore as against ₹1,754 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
NLC India as among its performance highlights, the all-time highest coal production of 115.16 lakh tonnes registering a growth of 40.11% and gross power generation of 20,568 million units, including renewable energy power generation of 1,579 million units and commencement of commercial operations at Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Limited’s Ghatampur Thermal Power Plant (GTPP) Unit 1 (660 MW).
