NLC India Limited Strengthens Leadership Pipeline with Global Project Management Certifications

NLC India IPMA Level D Certification Program

NEVEELI. NLC India Limited has advanced its project management capabilities by successfully completing the IPMA Level D Certification Program, a move designed to ensure efficient, safe, and timely project delivery across its operations. In a dedicated ceremony, NLCIL Chairman and Managing Director Prasanna Kumar Motupalli, alongside Director of Human Resources Samir Swarup, distributed certificates to the successful participants. Conducted across five separate batches, the intensive training initiative primarily targeted Graduate Executive Trainees from the 2024–25 batch, resulting in 109 trainees and 20 multi-level executives earning this globally recognized project management credential.

This certification drive underscores NLCIL’s unique status as the only Central Public Sector Enterprise to hold the prestigious IPMA DELTA Certification, which honors organizational excellence in project management systems and culture. The company boasts a highly certified leadership hierarchy, anchored by its Chairman and Managing Director who holds the highest IPMA Level A certification, and supported by nearly 60 executives at Level C and eight senior executives at Level B. By embedding these rigorous international standards early in an executive’s career, NLCIL is systematically building a robust pipeline of future project leaders capable of upholding operational excellence and driving large-scale infrastructure innovation.
