NLC India Green Energy Limited (NIGEL), secured a 600 MW Solar Power Project in Gujarat’s Khavda Solar Park through competitive bidding, signing a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited at Rs. 2.705/kWhr. With a lifetime generation of 39.447 BU, the project aims to offset 35.5 million metric tons of CO2 emissions, making it NLCIL’s largest solar venture to date.
