NEW DELHI. The Railway Board has approved the resignation of Shri Md. Asad Alam from the post of Chairman and Managing Director of Braithwaite & Company Ltd., with immediate effect, waiving the stipulated three-month notice period. Consequently, the officer has been relieved of his duties forthwith. Shri Md. Asad Alam had assumed charge as Chairman and Managing Director of Braithwaite & Co. Limited on 29 February 2024.
