Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and National Institute of Communication Finance (NICF) have solidified their professional partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU was formally endorsed by Prof (Dr) Naveen Sirohi from IICA and Shri A K Singh, Deputy Director General from NICF.
This collaborative agreement aims to harness the expertise of both institutions towards advocacy, offering research support, technical guidance, and capacity-building services in a diverse range of fields. These include finance, restructuring, competition law, corporate governance, insolvency, leadership, organizational effectiveness, telecommunication policies, spectrum auctions, and more.
Shri Praveen Kumar, Director General and CEO of IICA, emphasized that the MoU represents a structured approach to mutual collaboration, aligning their goals and mandates. It will empower IP&TAFS officers to expand their professional horizons, thereby contributing significantly to nation-building.
Shri Awadhesh Kumar, Director General of NICF, highlighted the MoU’s role in facilitating knowledge exchange, research, training, capacity-building, and advocacy, enabling officers to gain deeper insights and enhance their competitiveness within a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. This collaboration underscores their commitment to progress and innovation.
