NEW DELHI. Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has secured an ‘Excellent’ rating for its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) performance for the financial year 2024–25. The rating was conferred by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), Ministry of Finance, in recognition of HUDCO’s strong operational and financial performance in line with government guidelines. HUDCO achieved an impressive score of 97.90 out of 100, reflecting its consistent efficiency and strategic execution.
