Harkirat has excelled in building client relationships and leading high-performance teams, delivering exceptional results throughout his career. Before joining Novotel Pune, he served as the Cluster Revenue Manager for Ibis and Ibis Styles India, overseeing revenue strategies for Ibis hotels across India. His expertise in analyzing market trends, implementing dynamic pricing models, and utilizing advanced revenue management systems has significantly boosted profitability and market share for the properties under his portfolio.
His diverse career spans key roles at renowned organizations such as CoWrks, OYO Workspaces, GoWork, GoIbibo & MakeMyTrip, Le Meridien Gurugram, Hyatt Regency Delhi, and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. From driving revenue growth to enhancing customer experiences, Harkirat’s leadership has consistently delivered exceptional value.
A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering, and Nutrition, Gurdaspur, Harkirat also holds certifications in advanced internet marketing, Google Analytics, and MS Excel. Passionate about staying at the forefront of industry trends, he has honed his skills through specialized training programs and hands-on experience in both domestic and international markets.
