Grid Controller of India Limited launched the 4 months long transformative leadership development program अभ्युदय 1.0 on 16 August 2023 in association with leadership development in association with SHRM for emerging leaders. The phase 1 of the learning journey was held in Delhi on 23-25 August 2023.
The program aims to develop and nurture the managerial and leadership competence of the participants to develop future ready leaders and create a culture of excellence at Grid-India.
