NEW DELHI. As part of the Executive Trainee Orientation Programme 2026, Shri S. K. Sinha, Director (Finance), GAIL (India) Limited, interacted with the newly inducted batch of 112 Executive Trainees at the GAIL Training Institute in Noida.
Shri Sinha encouraged the young professionals to embrace the 3Cs – Conviction, Confidence and Commitment in every responsibility they undertake. He advised them to approach assignments with ownership and a clear sense of purpose, while keeping the organisation’s larger interest above individual considerations.
He also stressed the need for trainees to develop a holistic understanding of the business and remain conscious of the value their decisions create for the company.
