AHMEDABAD. The valedictory ceremony of the **DAKSH Classroom Immersion Program**, held at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, marked a significant stride in advancing leadership within India’s Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs). The week-long program was designed to equip senior executives with cutting-edge leadership and management insights.
Seventy-five high-potential leaders from across PSEs completed the intensive six-day program, engaging in case-based learning, simulations, and peer collaboration. Participants received certificates in recognition of their professional commitment and contributions to nation-building.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Alka Mittal, Member (Admin), CBC; Shri K. K. Singh from SAIL; and IIM Ahmedabad faculty members Prof. Biju Varkkey, Prof. Saral Mukherjee, and Prof. Sunil Sharma. Participants expressed appreciation for the program’s relevance and impact on their professional growth.
Conceived by the **Capacity Building Commission (CBC)** in collaboration with **SCOPE**, with **McKinsey & Company** as knowledge partner and **IIM Ahmedabad** as academic partner, DAKSH continues to be a flagship initiative to build visionary, future-ready leaders in India’s public sector.
