A one day HR Conference, sponsored by NLC India Limited and jointly organised by the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Neyveli, Pondicherry and Trichy Chapters on the topic “Human Capital in the era of digital transformation”, was held at Pondicherry.
Prasanna Kumar Motupalli, CMD, NLCIL, inaugurated the conference. Around 200 HR professionals from various parts of the state and HR Executives of NLC India Limited participated in the conference.
HR experts from various industries discussed the need for up-skilling, reskilling and adapting in the face of rapid technological advancement.
