The 49th Annual General Meeting of Coal India Limited was held via video conferencing on 23RD August 2023. Shri P. M. Prasad, Chairman , other functional Directors along with the Independent Directors attended the meeting from CIL, Hqs. Shri. M. Nagaraju, Additional Secretary Coal, and Government Nominee Director joined the AGM from New Delhi.
Responding to the queries raised by the shareholders, Chairman CIL stated at the outset that CIL is committed to meeting the 1 billion target set for the year 2025-26.
