Cluster in-charge of Rohtak, Hisar and Sirsa Lok Sabha constituency and senior BJP leader, former minister Rao Narbir Singh said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Manohar Lal, the state government has given full respect to the Brahmin community. Therefore, the Brahmin community should unite and support the BJP in the upcoming elections.
Former minister Rao Narbir Singh was addressing the felicitation ceremony organized by Lord Parshuram Seva Samiti and Brahmin Samaj in village Gadhi of Badshahpur assembly constituency on Sunday. During this time a large number of village people were present. The presence of women was notable. People welcomed Rao Narbir Singh with garlands, turban and mementos.
During this, in his address, the former minister said that the state government is doing development for all by following the principles and policies of Lord Parshuram. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Manohar Lal have been working for the welfare of every section of the society in the last ten years. Due to which there is no such class which remains untouched by development.
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guarantee is completely meeting every criterion. While the central government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the state government under the able leadership of Chief Minister Manohar Lal have improved the welfare of the poor, the respect of the country has also increased. Prime Ministers of other countries have also started believing in the strength of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They say that the Prime Minister of India is an inspiring leader, who is bringing a big change in the country of India. Rao Narbir Singh said that in the previous scheme of Chief Minister Manohar Lal, when he became the minister in the state, under the leadership of the Chief Minister, historic works were done in Gurugram district including Badshahpur assembly constituency. Major schemes of public interest including university in Bhangraula, government college in Farrukhnagar, bypass were approved. There was no such village in that area. Where development work has not taken place. He got many big projects including Sohna Elevated Highway, Dwarka Expressway, underpass and flyover in Gurugram approved by the Chief Minister.
Seeking support from the Brahmin community, the former minister said, support me, I will leave no stone unturned in development. He said that I have been a minister three times. During this period, if anyone came to me for work, I never refused anyone. I don’t do politics of getting around those who did not vote, I try to ensure that their work also gets done. When I was elected MLA from Badshahpur in 2014, I got less votes from rural areas, but as a minister, I left no stone unturned in the development of villages. There is no village where development has not taken place. Development works were implemented by inviting proposals from Gram Panchayats.
