Dr. Madhaiyaan Angamuthu, IAS, Chairperson, Visakhapatnam Port Authority and Dredging Corporation of India visited SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant on 11th January 2025. On his arrival at Rourkela House he was extended a warm welcome by Mr. Tarun Misra, ED (HR) in the presence of other Senior Officers of the Plant.
In the afternoon Dr. Madhaiyaan Angamuthu along with other Senior Officers of Visakhapatnam Port Authority, Dredging Corporation of India, visited Blast Furnace – V and New Plate Mill of RSP. They were accompanied by Mr. Tarun Misra. The CGMS and HODs received the dignitaries at their respective Departments and briefed them about the status of the unit and the process of steel making with special features.
