Capacity Building Commission and Karmayogi Bharat signed a tripartite MoU with the Government of Punjab in Chandigarh, marking a significant step towards strengthening competency-driven capacity building across the state.

The MoU was signed by Adil Zainulbhai (Chairman, Capacity Building Commission), Smt V. Lalithalakshmi (CEO, Karmayogi Bharat), and Shri Sinha KAP (Chief Secretary, Punjab) in the presence of Shri Anirudh Tewari (Special Chief Secretary, Punjab & DG, MGSIPA), Smt Alka Mittal (Member-Admin, Capacity Building Commission), and other senior officers.

This partnership underscores a shared commitment to equipping civil servants with future-ready skills through iGOT Karmayogi, nurturing a culture of continuous learning, efficiency, and improved governance.
