Bengaluru: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) and the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM-K) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster leadership development, management excellence, and business acumen among BEL executives. Under the partnership, IIM-Kozhikode will design and deliver customised Professional Post Graduate Diploma (PPGD) programmes tailored to BEL’s organisational needs, aimed at creating a future-ready talent pool. In its initial phase, the collaboration will focus on key domains such as Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, and General Management, with plans to expand into other specialised areas in line with BEL’s evolving business requirements and the dynamic industrial landscape. This strategic tie-up underscores BEL’s commitment to continuous learning and capacity building to strengthen managerial competencies and drive organisational growth.
