NEW DELHI. The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Dr Hemant Sharad Pande for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Western Coalfields Limited (WCL). Currently serving as Director (Personnel) at WCL since January 27, 2025.
