Bank of Baroda has been honored with the 1st position at the 14th ISTD Trainer Award , presented by the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), celebrates the Bank’s innovative approach to Learning & Development, specifically under the SPEED scheme. The award was received by Shri Manoj Kumar Bakshi, DGM – Strategic HR, alongside Dr. Dinesh Kumar, Shri Vikas Srivastava, and Shri Sunil Kumar Batar, all of whom played a key role in our award-winning efforts.
