WCL proudly inaugurates a fully women-driven Cost & Budget Section in the Finance Department at WCL HQ, toady. An initiative where women are taking charge of the company’s financial strength. The historic launch was graced by our CMD Sh. J P Dwivedi, in the esteemed presence of Director (Finance) Sh. Bikram Ghosh, Director Technical (Operations and Projects & Planning) Sh. Anandji Prasad, Director (Human Resources) Dr. Hemant Sharad Pande, and CVO, WCL Sh. Ajay Madhukar Mhetre. This pioneering step adds yet another feather to WCL’s cap, setting new benchmarks where women are leading from the front, shaping strategy, and showcasing leadership.
