RK Tyagi, Independent Director and former CMD of HAL and Pawan Hans, along with being an IICA qualified Mediation Expert, spoke as the guest of honor at an international seminar on ESG Compliance and Corporate Performance organized by Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar. He shared his experiences and learnings on ESG from his time at the Indian School of Business in 2004 and its application in companies like ONGC, Pawan Hans, Hindustan Aeronautics, and Air India. He also discussed current ESG practices in companies such as GMR Group, Gold Plus Glass, Delhi Cargo Service, and Tanfac Industries.
