Mr. Harish Saran has taken over as the Managing Director of HINDUSTAN POWER EXCHANGE LIMITED.
Mr. Saran has more than 37 Years of work experience in the Power Sector across Generation, Transmission, Commercial, Marketing and Trading Domains.
Mr. Saran began his career in 1987 with NTPC Ltd., he has also worked with Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., his last assignment before joining HPX was with PTC Ltd. as Director – Marketing, he was also Managing Director of PTC Energy Ltd. (100% subsidiary of PTC). Mr. Saran has vast experience of Marketing, BD, Commercial, Operations and Cross Border functions in PTC and played vital role in finalization of various long term/ medium term/ short term PPAs and cross border Agreements in PTC.
