‘PFC Consulting Limited’, has transferred Two transmission projects specific Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) namely ‘Ananthpuram Kurnool Transmission Limited’ and ‘Bhadla III Transmission Limited’ to ‘Power Grid Corporation of India Limited’, the successful bidder.
The SPVs were transferred in the presence of Shri Manoj Rana, CEO, PFCCL, Mr. Pankaj Pandey, Executive Director (TBCB), PGCIL & other Senior Officials of PFC Consulting Limited & Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
A successful bidder was selected through the Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process to select a Transmission Service Provider for the establishment of the transmission system in line with the Guidelines notified by the Ministry of Power, Government of India.
