RITES Limited has appointed Dr Deepak Tripathi as Director (Technical) of the company with effect from March 27 ,2023.
Dr Deepak Tripathi specialising in Operations, Quality, and Lean Management.
During his career span of 30+ years in Indian Railways (IR) and Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL), he has covered a wide business spectrum in Traction and Rolling Stock, Railway Operations and Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Rolling Stock Infrastructure, O&M, and Technology Projects, Marketing and Business Development and International Business.
He has authored three books and is also having International Conferences & Workshops in India/ US/ Europe/ Middle East/ Asia Pacific on lean and technology in Rail & Metro. He has been awarded the Innovative Idea of the Year Award, from the Minster of Railways. He has even received an ‘Outstanding Author Award’ from EMERALD Publications.
He has been awarded with ‘Lal Bahadur Shastri Award’ for his book ‘Smart Lean Management’ ‘Director Academy of Indian Railways (NAIR) and RDSO/Ministry of Railways. He has also received two Presidential Awards from Home Minister.
