₹10.11 crore FCI fraud case Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

MUMBAI. The Economic Offences Wing of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Rural Police has arrested the main accused in a fraud case involving over Ten Crore Eleven Lakh committed in the name of the Food Corporation of India (FCI).

The accused, Jinna Venkata Ramana Reddy, allegedly cheated ‘Randico Company’ by misusing the name of the Food Corporation of India. Following the arrest, he was produced before a court in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The court has remanded him to police custody until 14 of this month. The Economic Offences Wing of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Rural Police is further investigating the case.
